On the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the establishment of the company, coinciding with the opportunity of the July 1 Party Festival, the company and the party branch organised a “red tourism”to Dachen Island, branch party members, middle-level cadres, trade union members and other more than a hundred staff actively involved.  This activity aims to visit Dachen Island innovation and entrepreneurship, learn the revolutionary pioneers of the spirit of reclamation, look back at history, move forward, travelling thousands of miles, remain true to our original aspiration.

In the mid to late 1950s, 467 young volunteers have boarded Dachen Island in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province to reclaim the land and start their own business, forging the Dachen Island Reclamation Spirit of "Hard Work, Endeavouring to be Stronger, Unselfish Sacrifice, Pioneering and Innovation". Looking back on the long development course of Kanghua for forty years, Kanghua has always adhered to the scientific management concept of "people-oriented, pursuit of excellence", the management policy of "all for customer satisfaction" and the management goal of "pursuing safety, environmental protection, quality and no shortcomings". With the management goal of "pursuing safety, environmental protection, quality and no shortcomings", Kanghua has become one of the leading enterprises in the domestic glasses accessories manufacturing industry. Now, Kanghua people set foot on Dachen Island, embracing our original heart, learning the spirit of reclamation of the revolutionary forefathers, strengthening the spiritual power, and continuing to forge ahead and continue to stride forward.

The monument stands tall against the dawn, and the spirit of land reclamation in the new era has the unchanging belief - the power of faith, melting and casting the soul of entrepreneurship; the Jiewu Rock fights against the winds and waves without flinching, and the spirit of land reclamation in the new era has the unremitting pursuit - the heart of enterprise, activating the source of innovation; the Dachen Harbour guards the Dachen Island, which is the source of innovation; the Dachen Harbour protects the island. Dachen Harbour guards the fishermen for thousands of years, and the spirit of land reclamation has the original intention of not forgetting the purpose of the people and leading the way to wealth creation. The spirit of reclaiming Dachen Island and the corporate values of "honesty, dedication, friendliness and reciprocity" of Kanghuanese people are intertwined, which will certainly spark a stronger development impetus, accumulate a deeper corporate culture, and gradually realise the corporate vision of "sharing" prosperity.
